Through an intense programme of immersive exercises/experiences, you will be guided through the archetypal journey of the Hero / Heroine, focused on meeting your inner Hero/Heroine (the part in you which has a vision, knows your deepest heart’s desire and has the courage to get up and pursue that vision, whatever it takes!) and your inner Demon (the part which sabotages / causes you to stay in your comfort zone; the part in you that has good reasons why following that vision is a terrible idea!).

The process builds up to experiencing a 'confrontation' between these inner forces, and then surrender to the magic that unfolds when they no longer need to operate against each other but can be harnessed together. This can feel like stepping onto new ground or standing up and riding a new kind of wave. Participants often come into powerful contact with their core resources and natural ability to be in contact with life in all its dimensions, and are able to resolve long-standing inner conflicts along the way.

Myself and my colleagues, who lead the Hero / Heroine Journeys with me, are passionate about the personal processes inherent in the seminar and believe in their vastly enriching effects on your life. In our experience, the journey can be demanding and ecstatic in equal measures and leads to increased honesty with and curiosity towards yourself (and in extension towards others) and a sense of freedom and celebration of your life.
